User Agreement

1. Acceptance of These Terms

This User Agreement governs your access to and use of Yiqi, a tactile photo-and-blinds fidget application. By installing, opening, or using Yiqi, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What Yiqi Does

Yiqi lets you select a photo from your device, place a configurable set of virtual blinds over it, and interact with that cabinet by swiping, peeking, and changing display settings. The app may also show local session statistics such as cabinet count, peek sessions, open time, and snap-shut interactions.

Yiqi is designed for relaxation, personalization, and light fidget interaction. It is not a medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, safety, productivity, or professional advice tool.

3. Photos and User Content

You are responsible for the photos, labels, and other content you choose to import or enter into Yiqi. You should only use content that you own, have permission to use, or are otherwise legally allowed to store and display in the app.

• Do not use Yiqi to store unlawful, harmful, harassing, exploitative, or infringing content.
• Do not use photos of other people in ways that violate their rights or expectations of privacy.
• You keep ownership of your photos and labels. Yiqi does not claim ownership of your user content.

4. Local Storage and Device Access

Yiqi may request access to your photo library so you can choose an image for a cabinet. Imported cabinet images, cabinet settings, labels, virtual coin balance, and local telemetry are stored on your device unless the operating system or backup settings you choose move that data elsewhere.

You are responsible for maintaining your device, backups, and access credentials. If you delete the app, clear app data, reset your device, or lose access to your device, your local Yiqi data may be lost.

5. Virtual Coins and Premium Actions

Yiqi includes a virtual coin balance. Coins may be used inside the app for premium actions, such as installing a cabinet or using premium interaction features shown in the interface. Each action displays its coin cost before you confirm it.

Coins are not money, stored value, cryptocurrency, or a transferable asset. They have no cash value outside Yiqi, cannot be redeemed for money, and cannot be transferred between users, accounts, apps, platforms, or devices except where the app or platform expressly supports it.

6. In-App Purchases

Yiqi may offer optional consumable in-app purchases for coin packs. A successful purchase adds the listed number of coins to your in-app balance. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store, and Apple's terms and payment rules apply.

All purchases are final except where Apple's standard refund policy or applicable law requires otherwise. If you have a billing or refund issue, please use Apple's purchase support tools first because Apple controls App Store billing.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Yiqi or interfere with its intended operation. You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, or bypass app restrictions except where allowed by law.
• Exploit bugs, automation, or unauthorized tools to obtain coins, purchases, or features without proper confirmation.
• Use Yiqi in a way that violates law, third-party rights, or platform terms.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise any service used to deliver legal pages, support content, or app functionality.

8. Changes, Availability, and Updates

Yiqi may change over time. Features, coin costs, layouts, product availability, and supported devices may be updated, modified, paused, or discontinued. We may release updates to fix bugs, improve performance, change the interface, or meet platform requirements.

9. Disclaimers

Yiqi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

You understand that relaxation and fidget experiences are subjective. Yiqi does not guarantee any emotional, health, productivity, creative, or personal outcome.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yiqi and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, lost goodwill, device issues, or content loss arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

11. Termination

You may stop using Yiqi at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to features if required by law, platform rules, security concerns, or material violation of these terms. Some provisions, including payment, ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions, survive termination.
